Please note that refund policies may vary depending on the type of product and the reason for the refund request.
Fresh produce must be reported within 24 hours of delivery due to its perishable nature.
Packaged goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Provide your order number, reason for refund, and photos if applicable.
We'll review your request and notify you of approval within 24-48 hours.
If approved, we'll arrange for item pickup or provide return instructions.
Once items are received and inspected, we'll process your refund.
Refunds are typically processed to the original payment method used for the purchase:
Refunds to mobile money accounts are processed within 24-48 hours.
Bank transfer refunds may take 3-5 business days to reflect in your account.
Cash refunds are processed via mobile money or bank transfer.
Store credit is available as an alternative and is processed immediately.
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds instead of full refunds:
If only a portion of your order has quality issues, we may offer a partial refund for the affected items only.
If you've consumed part of a product before discovering an issue, we may offer a partial refund based on the remaining quantity.
For delivery delays, we may offer partial refunds or store credit as compensation for the inconvenience.
We understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. We may consider refunds outside our standard policy in the following situations:
Documented medical emergencies affecting order fulfillment
Orders affected by natural disasters or extreme weather
Orders placed due to technical errors on our platform
