Fresh Produce

Refund Window:24 hours
Reason:Perishable nature

Fresh produce must be reported within 24 hours of delivery due to its perishable nature.

Packaged Goods

Refund Window:7 days
Reason:Longer shelf life

Packaged goods can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Perishable Items

Refund Window:14 days
Reason:Extended shelf life

Non-perishable items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
